Crystal has over 20 years of experience driving business transformation and revenue growth across multiple sectors. An expert in federal contracting, data-driven innovation and multi-agency shared services, Crystal helps clients differentiate offerings in digital transformation, service delivery, and cross-government collaboration. Crystal has held multiple Assistant Commissioner roles in GSA's Federal Acquisition Service and Technology Transformation Service. She also has deep experience in IRS and served for two and a half years as the IRS Chief of Staff.
